To get started on a brand new conference or start a new cycle on an existing conference, it is easiest to use the OpenWater Duplicate Program feature.
If you are running another cycle of a program that has already run, you should duplicate the prior year’s program. However, if you are starting a brand new program, then you should either duplicate the “DP Submission Site to Clone” or “Standard Conference Template” programs shown here:
Clone Standard Conference Template if it follows the typical 4-round process.

Request New Public Website if Applicable
If this is the first time you are running this program through OpenWater, you can request via a support ticket to have a new domain and public website created.
