The Draft Papers and Revised Draft Paper Rounds are held in tandem. They can be found on your dashboard within your program here:
When submissions are forwarded from Short Abstracts to Draft Papers and the deadline dates are open for the Draft Paper rounds, the submitter or one of his collaborators can log back into the OpenWater platform and submit the draft paper.
Managing the applications in this phase is the same as how you manage Short Abstracts. You can run reports, view the submissions, etc.
The main difference is that the reviewers are managed by Session Chairs, and while you can still have full control over the process from the admin perspective, the process is managed in the Extender App.
