The copyright portion of a conference workflow happens only if a paper has been fully accepted by the session organizers and it is ready for Full Paper submission.
Once the session organizer clicks ‘Accept’ as the decision, the extender app will prepare an Alpha Trust signature form for all of the co-authors listed on the paper. It will email all of these authors. Every author will be required to complete the form prior to Full Paper submission.
Similar to OFAC, you can view the statuses of these copyrights by loading the extender app and clicking Authors for the program you want to manage.
This will show the next page. It might help to sort by Copyright Status.
To accept a completed Copyright, click Manage.
Click View Alpha Trust Form to see the originally signed paper.
Accept or reject the copyright at the bottom.
You can resend a copyright form if need be.
