For most conference programs, ASME’s first round is the Short Abstract round. You can manage this program by going through your dashboard and clicking Manage on short abstracts round.
If you click on any of the numbers on the dashboard for Incomplete or Complete, it will take you straight to that submission list view.
While managing your Short Abstracts round, you can click Submissions in the top nav and explore the various options you have. Most often you are viewing the list of submissions.

Click Select on a submission you want to open and manage.
As an administrator, you can update any field on the form, change its track, delete the submission, etc.
Disapprove a submission if it should not be able to participate for any reason.

Collaborators
ASME has the collaborators feature enabled. You can read more about collaborators here: https://help.getopenwater.com/en/articles/2125573-allow-multiple-people-to-work-on-a-submission-together
There is an integration built in, such that if a submitter adds authors to the author table section in their submission, they will automatically be added as collaborators to the submission. This will let the co-authors login and participate on the submission.
Impersonate
You can impersonate a user at any time by following these instructions: https://help.getopenwater.com/en/articles/1324649-impersonate-an-applicant
This is useful if you need to login as that user and see exactly what they see.
Reports
You can export the submission data at any time by going to Submissions > Reports. This can be done in any round of the program.

Many of the reports will already be copied or available to you. But you can create your own that filters on any item: https://help.getopenwater.com/en/articles/1378812-run-a-report-and-export-submission-data-to-excel
Specific to ASME, staff uses one report feature frequently which is to create a report as an admin, but provide a link to a non-admin to have access to that specific report as shown below.
