The Short Abstracts round is a basic Accept / Reject + Comments on each of the abstracts that have been submitted. Most do get accepted.
The challenge of getting the reviews organized here is the setup of the reviewers and assignment rules so that the right submissions are assigned to the proper track organizers.
Along with that, there are Conference Organizers who require access to view the results and ability to see the status of reviews at all times. To achieve this, we make use of OpenWater’s Judge Teams and Lead Judge Manager Panel functionality.

Setup Judge Teams
In the Short Abstracts round, go to Reviewing > Manage Reviewer Teams and add one team for every track.
Set the track organizers for the corresponding teams. It is possible to be a member of more than one team.
Then set the Review Team Managers who may or may not be the same people as the team members.
