Most abstracts assigned to sessions will be assigned by the session organizers themselves. However, as admin, you may be required to help move abstracts around between sessions.
In some cases, the abstract being switched is changing to a session that belongs in a different track. In that case, you have to load up the submission as an admin and also change the track that submission was placed into.
Find the session and click Manage.
Click Remove to remove it from the session it is currently assigned to.
Now load up the session that you wish to move it to, scroll to the bottom and click Add Session Item and find and click Assign to Session the same abstract you removed from the previous session.
