For ASME specifically, an average score of 10.0 in short abstracts = Accepted and a score of -1 means the abstract was rejected.

Those that are accepted are eligible to move forward to the Draft Paper Submission Round where the applicant can log back in and submit their draft paper.
Admin staff can check the box to set the forward and decision status on this round by clicking the boxes:
